A Message from Cecile Forte

Dear Friends of the Town of Brookhaven,

Thank you for taking the time to drop by my online headquarters for my campaign to ‘Put the Taxpayers First and Protect Brookhaven’s Future.’ This Election Day, November 8th.

I’m asking for your vote to be your next Brookhaven Town Supervisor because we – the taxpayers - simply cannot afford the Democrats’ “Back Door Tax Increases;” out of control wasteful spending; and more election year budget gimmicks.

In a struggling economy where unemployment is at all time highs, I believe government should reduce its financial burden on hardworking families and small businesses; and once and for all remove the governmental bureaucracies that slows down the creation of private sector local jobs.

You have my undying commitment that as your town supervisor, I will:

• Immediately Repeal the Democrats’ $3 million in ‘Back Door Tax Hikes’ on families and small businesses;
• Place an Across the Board CAP on ALL non-emergency Overtime Saving the Taxpayers Millions of Dollars & Reigning in the Democrat Administration’s Out of Control Spending;
• Impose ‘Accountability Budgeting’ in ALL Departments to Justify their Annual Spending;
• Cut the ‘RED TAPE’ to Make it Easier for Small Businesses to Open, Expand, Create Local Jobs & Families to Complete Home Improvements;
